What is Personal Information?

Personal information is information about you that identifies you as an individual. Your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number are all examples of personal information. However, the name, address and telephone number of an individual that appears in any public location (where such individual can refuse to have such information appear in such location) does not fall under the scope of personal information as it is publicly available information. Business contact information such as the name, title, business address or telephone number of a business or professional person or an employee of an organization is not considered Personal Information.

 

Information we Collect

Unless you provide information voluntarily, we will not collect any personal information about you when you visit VideoPages Website or use VideoPages® Mobile App. If we ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, our request to do so will be specific. If you register to receive our newsletter or make a purchase or payment from our Website we will ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and. Any payments made through the VideoPages Website or VideoPages® Mobile App are processed through a payment gateway operated by a third party so VideoPages does not hold or have access to your credit card information. If you wish to participate in a VideoPages contest, you will be required to provide your name and email address. That personal information will be used and stored in accordance with our contest rules. If, at the time of the request, we want you to provide additional information, we will explain why we need the additional information and how it will be used. Resumes

We may use www.VideoPages.com as a recruiting tool to provide visitors seeking employment with VideoPages the ability to submit resumes, application forms which may contain personal information which will be used for the purpose of assessing your application.

Website Usage Information

Our web server automatically collects and aggregates information about your visit to VideoPages Websites or VideoPages® Mobile Apps including your search terms, IP address, service provider, device type, browser type, domain names of referring websites, operating system, pages accessed on VideoPages Websites, and the date and time of your access. We will, upon request, update or delete your personal information; however, we will not be able to update or delete data that has been archived as part of our normal business operations.

We will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you. We may retain certain data as necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
