I'm Fay O'Brien, the founder of O'Brien Trademark Services.  We're located in Ottawa, Canada and we protect our clients' trademark branding rights in Canada and internationally.

In fact, this form is a complex legal document, with serious consequences for error - essentially, it is a deed to their intellectual property.  At O'Brien's, we educate clients so that they have a clear understanding of what their rights are and what they should be including in their application or on their deed to get a strong, defensible registration.

At the end of the process a Certificate of Registration is received that gives clients' exclusive rights across Canada to use that trademark in any province.
